Rates

At Magdule Mediation, LLC, we believe that mediation should be accessible to all. Our fees have been thoughtfully structured to cover necessary operational costs while ensuring clients only pay for the time spent in mediation and for the drafting of any settlement agreements during the session. ZERO ADMIN FEES!

Circuit Civil Mediation Rates:

We provide mediation services for Circuit Civil cases at both the pre-suit and litigation stages. Rates are tiered based on the number of parties involved:

2-Party Case: $150 per party / per hour
3-Party Case: $125 per party / per hour
4-Party Case: $100 per party / per hour

Minimum Requirements: All bookings are subject to a two-hour minimum. The minimum fee is equivalent to two hours at the applicable hourly rate listed above.

Global Settlement Conferences:

Our standard rate is $400 per hour. For multi-party pre-suit global settlement conferences, we maintain this flat hourly rate regardless of the number of parties involved. All Global Settlement Conferences are subject to a two-hour minimum.

Billing and Terms of Service

Due Date: Payment is required within thirty (30) days of the mediation completion date.
Agreement: Scheduling a mediation constitutes a formal agreement to the rates and terms specified herein.
Rate Policy: While we reserve the right to adjust fees periodically, the rate applied to your case will be locked in at the time of scheduling. Parties are encouraged to verify current rates on this page prior to booking.

Mediation Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Minimum of two (2) business days via email.
Late Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to two (2) hours of the scheduled hourly rate.
Allocation of Fees: To maintain strict neutrality, the cancellation fee is charged pro-rata to all parties, regardless of:
- Which party requested the cancellation or reschedule;
- The reason for the cancellation;
- Whether one or more parties remain willing to proceed.
