Rates

At Magdule Mediation, LLC, we believe that mediation should be accessible to all. Our fees have been thoughtfully structured to cover necessary operational costs while ensuring clients only pay for the time spent in mediation and for the drafting of any settlement agreements during the session.

Standard Rate for Circuit Civil Cases:

$125 per hour, per party.

For example:

A two-party mediation: $250 per hour
A three-party mediation: $375 per hour
And so on.

Currently, we exclusively handle Circuit Civil cases, whether pre-suit or in-suit. The minimum booking requirement is two hours, and the total number of hours booked must align with the number of parties in the mediation. For instance, a three-party mediation requires a minimum of three hours to be scheduled.

Payment Terms:

An invoice will be issued upon completion of the mediation, with payment due within 30 days. By scheduling a mediation, you agree to the rates outlined on this page and commit to paying the invoice within the specified time frame.

Please be aware that we periodically adjust our rates. For the most up-to-date pricing, kindly refer to this page. The rate applied will be the one listed at the time of booking, not the rate on the day of the mediation.

Mediation Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a mediation, please notify our office via email at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date and time to avoid incurring the minimum fee. The minimum fee is equivalent to the minimum number of hours booked for the mediation.

Rescheduling does not incur any fees.

Important Notice: In keeping with our commitment to neutrality, it is our policy to charge all parties equally for their portion of the minimum fee, regardless of which party cancels the session, the reason for cancellation, or whether the mediation is being rescheduled. This policy applies even if one side has settled or is still willing to proceed.
