Here at Magdule Mediation, LLC, we believe that everyone should be able to afford a mediation. We have carefully crafted our fees to absorb our overhead and costs. We only charge for the time spent mediating and crafting any settlement agreement during the mediation.

Our standard rate for a Circuit Civil case is $125 / hour per party. So for a two (2) party mediation it is $250 / hour, a three (3) party mediation is $375 / hour, and so on. At this time we ONLY handle Circuit Civil cases either pre-suit or in-suit. The minimum hours that can be booked is two hours, however, the minimum hours to be booked needs to be equal to the number of parties.

We will issue an invoice upon completion of the mediation, which is due within 30 days of mediation. By booking a mediation you agree that you will pay the invoice timely. Additionally, you that you agree to the rates posted herein and cancellation policy outlined on this page.

MEDIATION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel, our office must be notified via email at least two (2) business days prior to the date and time of the scheduled mediation in order to avoid the minimum fee. The minimum fee is equal to the minimum hours booked. No fees are incurred for rescheduling mediations.
Please note that for us to remain neutral, it is our policy to bill all parties equally for their portion of our minimum fees regardless of which party cancels a session or why it was canceled, even if it is being rescheduled, has settled, or one side is still willing to move forward.
