About Daniel Magdule
Daniel Magdule is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator with a comprehensive legal background and a commitment to facilitating fair and effective dispute resolution. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mr. Magdule brings a culturally informed perspective to every mediation session.
Originally from Mexico City, Mr. Magdule relocated to Florida in 1999 to pursue his undergraduate studies. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in 2003, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Crime Analysis and Crime Mapping in 2005.
Mr. Magdule began his legal career at a South Florida law firm, gaining valuable experience handling both plaintiff and defense matters. He went on to serve as in-house legal manager for a national auto finance company for nearly 11 years, where he developed significant expertise in creditors’ rights, collections, contract law, bankruptcy, and financial regulations.
In 2018, Mr. Magdule earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, he interned at the university’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, where he discovered his passion for mediation and his aptitude for neutrality.
Since completing his legal education, Mr. Magdule has continued to work in litigation, handling matters involving first-party property insurance and motor vehicle claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His broad legal experience, combined with his commitment to accessibility and impartiality, is the foundation of Magdule Mediation’s client-centered approach.
As a certified mediator, Mr. Magdule adheres strictly to the ethical standards and procedures set forth by the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators.
